Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Programmer Analyst for a temporary remote position.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the process of data collection for the company
• Develop a framework to evaluate the company process and develop a best practices guide
• Conduct process evaluations in an applied setting with findings translated into actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience conducting process evaluations in an applied setting
• 4-6 years of formal training in qualitative research, especially in-depth interviews and observational studies
• Background in statistical programming, especially R, is a major plus
