Job Summary
A company is looking for a SQL Support Engineer - Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a compliance initiative by investigating and adjusting customers' technical environments
- Contribute to best practices, optimization, and documentation related to SQL queries
- Engage directly with customers to ensure adherence to the latest security standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing support role addressing ambiguous technical problems
- 4+ years of SQL experience, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries
- Experience with data quality assessment and code logic evaluation
- Query investigation experience, preferably in data access compliance
- Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S
