Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst, Compliance & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop analytical capabilities and conduct in-depth analyses on compliance, risk, and operations
- Build regular business update narratives at the executive level using data and trends
- Collaborate with Product and Operations leaders to shape product, process, and tech roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytical roles within the technology and finance industries
- Proficient in Python/R, GSheet/Excel, SQL, and experience with large datasets and data pipelines
- Experience influencing senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or other quantitative fields
- Experience deriving actionable insights from analysis and analytical storytelling
