Staff Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable data architecture and automation
- Develop insights and solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making capabilities
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging tools and processes for analytic data engineering
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Data Science (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in data architecture or solution architecture (highly preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in ETL/data warehousing/data analytics/data science
- Expert-level SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python highly preferred)
- Experience with cloud computing services and infrastructure in the data and analytics space
