Support Engineer with Security Clearance
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer - U.S. Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to plan, implement, and maintain production deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RHEL/CentOS and big-data analytics systems
- Conduct training on the DTEX Kibana-based UI for customers
Required Qualifications:
- Active United States Top Secret Security Clearance
- 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- 3-5 years of network/systems administration experience preferred
- 2+ years as an L2 Technical Support Engineer or related roles
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
