Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Technical Consultant.

Position Responsibilities

Consult with customers to determine their challenges and requirements
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Demandbase's architecture and the marketing technology space
Provide technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an externally client-facing technical role
Solid understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation solutions
Previous Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineering experience is preferred
Proven ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
Project Management / PMP skills preferred by not required
