Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Technical Consultant.
Position Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their challenges and requirements
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Demandbase's architecture and the marketing technology space
- Provide technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an externally client-facing technical role
- Solid understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation solutions
- Previous Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineering experience is preferred
- Proven ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
- Project Management / PMP skills preferred by not required
