Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Program Manager, Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and drive KCS methodologies to enhance knowledge sharing and support efficiency
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer-facing technical support staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and provide data-driven insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical support, or training roles in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in implementing KCS in a technology or cybersecurity environment
- Strong background in creating and delivering technical training content
- Familiarity with cloud security and support systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Experience with enablement and learning tools like LMS platforms or Highspot is a plus
