Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager, ALM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional enablement projects to develop and deliver effective sales training assets focused on ALM/Codebeamer solutions
- Establish partnerships with Segment groups and secure essential subject matter expert resources
- Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement
- Experience in designing engaging sales content and training programs at scale
- Strong project management skills defining key performance indicators and managing dependencies
- Experience in a global or multi-national organization is preferred
