Technical Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee data processing activities of the Data Operations Technical team
- Ensure data extraction is done on schedule and report daily operations status and metrics to stakeholders
- Identify areas for technical improvement and adopt new data management technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years' management experience in technology support with a deep understanding of ETL/ELT process
- Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and train others
- Experience with Microsoft BI stack, SSIS, T-SQL, and SQL Server, Azure Data Factory V2, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2, Snowflake, JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence
- Healthcare IT and Medical billing knowledge experience required
