Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering service and support to clients via email, phone or remote connection
- Diagnosing and resolving customer software and programming issues
- Delivering training to individuals or groups of customers and employees remotely or in person
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field
- Programming experience in one or several programming languages
- Research experience/teaching experience
