Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations Specialist II to join its Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond Tier 1 and 2 support
  • Design, configure, and implement workflows and systems to optimize processes across the organization
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption of new technologies and systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a technical implementation, support, or systems engineering role
  • Experience with Service Desk ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or data collection tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • Comfort with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Planner
