Technology Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of technology services and client account support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall strategic, financial, and operational performance of technology services for client accounts
- Lead the development of client technology strategies, roadmaps, and program alignment
- Oversee technology vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred in MIS, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Certifications in ITIL, SDLC, and PMI are preferred
- Experience with Azure cloud services and compliance principles (SOX, SOC1/SOC2)
- Familiarity with real estate applications such as Corrigo, Oracle E1, and Yardi Systems
- Proven experience in managing teams and large business solutions in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
