Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Business Applications Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing customer-facing support for core business applications
- Responding to inquiries and requests via support tickets, phone, and email
- Following and assisting in the creation of procedural documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree
- Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft M365 suite
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge & proficiency in our core business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, patience and concern for client issues
