Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Business Applications Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing customer-facing support for core business applications
  • Responding to inquiries and requests via support tickets, phone, and email
  • Following and assisting in the creation of procedural documents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College degree
  • Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft M365 suite
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge & proficiency in our core business applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, patience and concern for client issues
