Job Summary

A technology service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Certified ServiceNow Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Consult and support end to end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions
  • technical implementation of ITIL processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, and more

Required Skills:

  • Must have an active Secret level clearance; Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years; ServiceNow Technical and Consulting experience
  • 5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM and/or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications
