Job Summary

A travel services company has an open position for a Telecommute Cloud Database Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and administering all AWS infrastructure solution
  • Evaluating new tools and use existing tools to help streamline cloud infrastructure
  • Coordinating with third party vendors for the upgrade/support of all cloud database infrastructure

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Two years of experience in the following areas/technologies: AWS RDS infrastructure and more
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Can serve as a first-tier support for cloud database infrastructure
  • Can conduct analysis to using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and VPC logs to find errors
