Job Summary

A molecular diagnostics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Configuration Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead in the design and implementation of the entire Configuration Management framework
• Develop, maintain, and implement Configuration Management process standards, plans, and procedures.
• Educate asset owners of configuration management practices and procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or related field OR
• High school degree/general education diploma and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 4+ years of experience understanding the architecture and foundational aspects on the ServiceNow CMDB platform
• 5+ years in an information technology management role with responsibility for effective resource management
• Proficient in ServiceNow
• Ability to work across functional areas to drive continuous improvement
