Job Summary
A molecular diagnostics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Configuration Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead in the design and implementation of the entire Configuration Management framework
- Develop, maintain, and implement Configuration Management process standards, plans, and procedures.
- Educate asset owners of configuration management practices and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or related field OR
- High school degree/general education diploma and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of experience understanding the architecture and foundational aspects on the ServiceNow CMDB platform
- 5+ years in an information technology management role with responsibility for effective resource management
- Proficient in ServiceNow
- Ability to work across functional areas to drive continuous improvement
