Must be able to:

  • Manage people, elicit top performance, and guide teams for full stack and cloud native technologies by asking questions
  • Engage e experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent including performance management
  • Deploy experience working with sound project management frameworks such as Prince, Scrum, Kanban, PMI, and more

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in technology-focused projects with at least 4 years as Engineering Manager.
  • Experience leading teams for full stack, cloud native technologies
  • Deep knowledge of Java, development best practices, multithreaded programming and SQL
  • Experience with modern backend frameworks and libraries such as Spring
  • Experience with FE frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular
