Job Summary
An independent game development company is in need of a Telecommute Game Development LiveOps Live Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Product to monitor, analyze, and ethically improve product KPIs
- Partnering with Product and the Game Director to define and evaluate premium offerings for players
- Partnering with the Community Manager to help drive offline engagement and improve player sentiment
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Live Operations leader in PC/Console or Mobile
- Understanding of data analysis and time tested, player first, outcomes
- Understanding of economy and monetization design in a Live service game
- Proven success with developing and deploying Live content (events, store updates, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to influence direction, without relying on positional authority
