Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Procedure Scheduler.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating the scheduling of procedures and working with ancillary departments
• Acting as a back up to division/department based schedulers
• Working closely with clinical staff for multi-disciplinary visit and procedures coordination

Required Skills:

• Ability to coordinate the scheduling of procedures
• Ability to work with ancillary departments while simultaneously synchronizing services with families
• Ability to facilitate the timely completion of scheduling requests from community and employed physicians
• Ability to act as a back up to division/department based schedulers
• Ability to work closely with clinical staff for multi-disciplinary visit and procedures coordination
