Job Summary

A non-profit educational support organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Network Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration
  • Assess and design plans to meet near and long-term network capacity needs
  • Create and maintain documentation for network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of network administration or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field
  • Industry-standard certifications
  • Proven ability to engineer routers, hubs, switches, and access points
  • Proven experience with network capacity planning, security principles, and general network management best practices
  • Proven experience and success with enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and WLAN engineering, design, and implementation
