Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Development Customer Care Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining departmental standards
- Noting each account with the call content
- Reviewing accounts and answering customer questions
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve using deductive reason skills in a timely manner
- Ability to be extremely detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
