Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephony Systems Specialist to maintain and enhance their Genesys Cloud contact center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform for optimal performance
  • Design and implement call routing strategies and IVR workflows to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with IT teams for integrations and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in telephony administration, focusing on Genesys Cloud Contact Center
  • Deep expertise in SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, and telephony network troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud tools and managing IVR and ACD configurations
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with CRMs and reporting systems
