Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud).

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support Service Cloud and manage the Vonage telephony system
  • Oversee user and license management, including setup, roles, permissions, and Salesforce configuration changes
  • Gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage data quality while providing user support and training


Required Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with additional certifications preferred
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, particularly with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and experience with HIPAA/PHI cloud data handling
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
