Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Zendesk Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the Zendesk environment and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Coordinate the launch of new features and provide technical support for Zendesk CRM applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for Zendesk usage
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of System or Application Administration experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Zendesk development and integrations
  • 3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk SDK and API
  • Associate or higher degree in a related field
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired
