Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application to funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
- Review loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan approval
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Encompass
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
