Tier 2 QA Tester
Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Tester/Tier 2 to join their Product Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute test cases for messaging software
- Troubleshoot and triage issues in collaboration with support and development teams
- Improve testing consistency and automation, and support pre-release and post-release processes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating and maintaining test cases
- Ability to develop automated testing strategies and experience with mobile app testing
- Strong understanding of messaging/phone/telephony systems (SMS)
- Well-versed in software testing fundamentals and ability to identify gaps in workflows/tests
- Experience with API testing, writing automated tests in C# or Java, and familiarity with Selenium or similar tools is a plus
