Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Documentation Specialist to join their Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain training and documentation resources for BPO partners and internal support teams
- Lead onboarding and continuing education initiatives for support teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to align on training needs and quality assurance goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training, documentation, QA, or support operations (BPO experience preferred)
- Ability to create engaging training content for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Zendesk and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk Guide)
- Experience with Docebo or similar LMS platforms and learning content creation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
