Job Summary

A company is looking for a Translation Project Coordinator who oversees document translation projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage Freelance Linguist and vendor-based resources to meet client needs
  • Negotiate project rates with linguists and ensure target margins are met
  • Ensure quality control for project deliverables and take corrective action as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Foreign Language skills are a definite plus
  • Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
  • Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
