Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Translation Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee department-level and cross-functional projects to improve translation efficiency and workflow
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity
  • Track workload, monitor project progress, and analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Translation & Localization, Life Sciences, or a related field required; Master's, PharmD, or PhD preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar regulated environment required with a Bachelor's degree
  • With a Master's degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • With a PhD or PharmD, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of project coordination and localization workflows in a scientific or regulated context preferred
