eCOA Library Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an eCOA Library and Translations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the library of licensed clinical instruments, ensuring audit-ready documentation
- Partner with product, services, and legal teams to streamline instrument intake and validation processes
- Manage end-to-end translation workflows supporting 80+ languages and coordinate with translation vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in translation project management or licensing operations
- 2+ years of experience managing workflows in licensing, localization, or clinical trial settings
- Experience with translation management systems and licensing agreement structures
- Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
