Trust Data Foundations Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Trust Data Foundations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technical direction and vision for the team to serve the data needs across Trust defenses and products
• Raise the quality bar for the data assets owned by the team
• Identify strategic areas to uplevel data accessibility for various Trust cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience working on user-facing product surfaces, especially in search-related product areas
• Strong product and design sense, with the ability to spot potential usability issues and collaborate effectively with product, design, and user research partners
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions from a wide variety of stakeholders
• Technical leadership: expertise in full-stack development and experience leading cross-platform teams, bonus if experienced in performance optimization/latency
