Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Operations, Product Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate businesses against established criteria for ad product eligibility
- Resolve project claims for consumers and facilitate communication between businesses and customers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of cases and support the development of new advertiser products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent degree)
- Tech fluency and comfort with online tools and platforms
- Ability to adapt messaging for various technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel to manage data
- Fluency in legal terminology and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
