Value-Based Care Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VBC Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to quantify opportunities related to payer and provider incentive programs, ensuring alignment with value-based care initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and contractual negotiations
- Manage a portfolio of client strategic and financial dashboards while developing effective documentation processes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- 5+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge in health system finance or operations
- 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare value-based care (VBC) analytics
- Intermediate SQL and Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work standard hours within the Pacific Time zone
