Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and train internal Vendor Managers on vendor management processes
- Conduct regular vendor service reviews and maintain a vendor scorecard methodology
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address vendor issues and support program enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in vendor management
- 10 years of experience in Bank/Fintech with knowledge of vendor management processes may be accepted
- Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams
- Experience in strategic analysis and making data-driven recommendations
