Vice President of Enterprise Architecture
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Architecture to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise-wide business applications architecture to support strategic objectives
- Create architecture documentation and training materials to facilitate understanding and adoption
- Conduct technical, business, and security due diligence on new platforms and technologies
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of executive-level experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience leading architecture teams and initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.) are required
- Data and AI certifications and real estate-related certifications (e.g., Yardi, MRI) are preferred
