Job Summary
A data transcription and annotation company has a current position open for a Virtual Data Transcription Post Editor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing corrections and text optimization based on the MT output
- Ensuring target text correctly reflects the meaning of the source
- Understanding post-editing guidelines and ensure quality standards meet client expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Native speaker in Finnish language
- Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) experience required
- Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics or equivalent experience
- Experience with Translation Memory tools and Translation Management Systems (TMS)
- IT skills with knowledge and experience of SDL Studio and CAT tools
- Comfortable with technology and open to learn to use new tools
