A developer-friendly open source tool used to collaboratively generate and monitor code bases has an open position for a Virtual Global Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and set a proper recruiting strategy
• Assessing candidate interest and ability to thrive in an open source culture
• Ensuring applicant tracking system is maintained and applicants receive timely responses

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in a technical company
• Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience
• Advanced working knowledge using applicant tracking systems effectively
• College degree from an accredited institution preferred, equivalent work experience considered
