A developer-friendly open source tool used to collaboratively generate and monitor code bases has an open position for a Virtual Global Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and set a proper recruiting strategy
- Assessing candidate interest and ability to thrive in an open source culture
- Ensuring applicant tracking system is maintained and applicants receive timely responses
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in a technical company
- Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Advanced working knowledge using applicant tracking systems effectively
- College degree from an accredited institution preferred, equivalent work experience considered
