A leading provider of end-to-end Wireless, Wireline, and optical networking solutions is filling a position for a Virtual Networks Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering information from customer
- Speaking in clear voice on phone, using proper grammar and spelling in written contacts
- Following appropriate process for the client program
