A company is looking for a Manager Warranty Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a warranty processing system to maximize recovery and eliminate inefficiencies
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Replacement Warranty System, providing business process expertise
- Manage training, system documentation, and access for users while overseeing multiple supplier configuration projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or 10 years of Systems Support and Development experience
- Ten or more years of experience in System Implementations or Replacements
- Experience managing system training and documentation
- Ability to coordinate and validate deliverables from IT and software suppliers
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
