A company is looking for a Web Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a senior team of Web Developers and QAs
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Web applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency
- Define and implement software development best practices across all projects
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience of more than 4 years in Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams
- Previous experience of more than 4 years in frontend and/or backend Web development
- Experience working with e-commerce websites and cloud services such as Google Cloud (mandatory) and AWS (optional)
- Experience managing people, delivery, quality, and processes
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
