Job Summary
A company is looking for a WFM Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-side support for ADP WorkForceManager, addressing functionality gaps for users
- Review pay rule setups for unions
- Manage system ticket requests and facilitate collaborative communications to support client objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Manager
- Knowledge of WFM pay rule configuration for unions
- Familiarity with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) methodology
- Experience in WFM system ticket management
