Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding mortgage loans
- Complete allocation changes, non-financial requests, and document call details accurately
- Resolve customer service-related issues and build/maintain effective relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support and Contact Center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
- Customer service aptitude and orientation
- Ability to navigate multiple information screens
