Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding mortgage loans
  • Complete allocation changes, non-financial requests, and document call details accurately
  • Resolve customer service-related issues and build/maintain effective relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support and Contact Center
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
  • Customer service aptitude and orientation
  • Ability to navigate multiple information screens
