Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct workforce team members to meet goals through hiring, performance management, and coaching
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to ensure optimal staffing and scheduling
- Prepare and present reports on forecasts and process recommendations to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of related experience in workforce management or call center operations
- Experience with NICE CX One, IEX, or similar workforce management tools
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience; four-year degree preferred in business or statistics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in data visualization tools and dashboards
