Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Manager in the United States.

- Work with internal and multiple BPO partner teams to manage WFM
- Develop and maintain WFM policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience using Calabrio WFM software
- Experience managing WFM between internal and multiple BPO partner teams
