A company is looking for a Workforce Management Manager in the United States.

  • Develop and maintain WFM policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience using Calabrio WFM software
  • Experience managing WFM between internal and multiple BPO partner teams
