Working with customers, industry thought leaders, engineers, and customer success managers. Identifying high value analytics use cases related to clinical research operations. Building business cases that guide the application evolution. Required Skills:
Elicit internal customer requirements using interviews. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Available for up to 25% travel. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of software product management experience. Understanding of software business models.
Acting as the primary interface between the customer and the Company for managing specific programs. Coordinating and hosting regular (as needed) program tracking meetings. Coordinating action plans with the sites to correct out-of-plan conditions.
Driving product strategy and direction that that translates into high value customer features and revenue. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Strong technical acumen. 7+ years of product management experience. Demonstrated experience defining and launching a product.
