A benefits service provider is filling a position for a Remote HumanResources Services Project Manager. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Manage changes to the project scope. Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan.
10 years HumanResources, HR consulting, and/or HR Operations. Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively with a matrixed team. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, HumanResources, or related field. Complex program management, business acumen, and Finance skills.
Planning, adjusting, managing and optimizing all resources for the advancement of the QA's goals and objectives. Serving as the Subject Matter Expert on the Quality Management System and develops/delivers associated training. Overseeing the continuous process improvements of the Quality Manual.
Managing lab team (3 permanents resources + 1 contractor) Overseeing all release, certification and production support work. Managing hardware and software roadmaps to ensure performance and compliance through lifecycle of solutions. Position Requirements Include:
Ability to influence and work through others where direct reporting relationships do not exist. Organization skills that mitigate against human error and drive continual improvement. Strong attention to detail and understanding of intricate cross-dependencies.
Support special projects, such as in-person learning events, as needed. Build and maintain a system for storing and organizing critical fundraising resources. Manage a portfolio of relationships within the Development team and Program teams. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
BS/BA in Computer Sciences or Engineering. Experience working/partnering within a large international IT organization. Experience with IT infrastructure and enterprise software including open source. Experience managing and leading a team as well as managing matrixed resources.
