A company providing night triage services to physicians has a current position open for a Virtual Pediatric Telephone Triage Registered Nurse. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Engage in clinical triage activities. Other duties as assigned.
Interacting professionally with patient/family/physicians. Completing daily documentation, required letters, and referrals in a timely manner. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Must be willing to train onsite in Northridge, M-F 830am-530pm.
Work with the physicians and therapists to set up medical assessments. Help coordinate the individual's treatment program. Work with employers on modifications to job duties based on medical limitations. Qualifications Include: Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to communicate with physicians face-to-face. Identify the need to clarify documentation in the medical record. Associate's degree in Nursing, required. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting OR.
