Providing exceptional chat support to customers who have order status questions. Translating tech-speak, billing, shipping and eCommerce jargon. Leveraging multiple sources of information to stay current on product features. Qualifications Include:
Ability to travel at least once per month within and between assigned geographic areas to support students. Bachelor's degree. Minimum six (6) months teaching experience. Appropriate State certification. Meets state's NCLB's Highly Qualified Teacher requirements.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Desktop Computer or Laptop Computer Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit), Windows 8, 8. 1 or Windows 10 POTS hardwired or digital phone line. All other technical requirements necessary for this position.
High volume software support experience via chat, email, or phone. Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment and ability to learn new application features. MS Office experience and knowledge with common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari.
Passionate commitment to and a sense of urgency for the support of schools. Ability to leverage your interviewing skills in order to identify and develop great stories. Prior experience managing complex projects, particularly multiple projects simultaneously.
