Able to assist in all aspects of arranging/booking travel including, air, rail, hotel, car and alternate ground transportation. First call resolution. Strong technical skills. Able to work well in a virtual structured team environment.
A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Travel Booking Tier 2 Support Specialist. Must be able to: Handle complex, global, multi-phase Concur client implementations, including end-to-end testing. Effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances.
Reviewing all international reservations to ensure the lowest fare is confirmed. Providing support for questions related to air contracts, promotions, formats and faring. Researching current or past contracts to reconcile ADMS. Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Supporting various Government travel programs. Providing higher level program support as programs mature. Completing any other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Ability to work onsite 3 days per week and one day remotely. Bachelors Degree.
