340B Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a 340B Operations Manager who will provide operational and strategic management for 340B programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance and compliance of the 340B Program
- Supervise and develop the 340B operations team, including hiring and training
- Create and maintain reporting and data analysis related to program performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in business, health care, data/IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Supervisory/Management experience
- Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in data analysis and presentation
